We realize that during these unprecedented times that some members may require support in order to attend the Health Care Symposium. We will accept requests for consideration of a waiver of symposium registration fees until April 6, 2021. Please complete and submit this form in order to submit a request for a registration fee waiver. Waiver does not apply to pre-symposium workshops.
Why Does It Cost Money to Virtually Attend the Symposium?
Putting together a quality conference takes considerable resources, whether it is in-person or virtual. The Health Care Symposium Program team has been working on this event for over a year. Proceeds from this event go towards current and future Health Care Symposium programming — as well as help off-set costs associated with the virtual conference. We are very grateful for your support of our programing and promise to put together a virtual symposium that will surpass your expectations!
Cancellations/Refunds
Registrants will be provided access to recordings of any sessions we have received permission to record for thirty days through the conference platform and up to one year on the HFES Learning Platform. Recordings of pre-symposium workshops will not be provided. No cancellation requests will be approved since all registrants are able to access recorded materials at their convenience following the symposium. Substitutions are permitted at no charge and will be accommodated until 8:00PM EDT, April 6, 2021. After this date, no substitutions can be accommodated. We are unable to make any exceptions to this policy and thank you for your understanding.
